Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams for guest needs
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and immaculate presentation
- Utilize reservation systems to manage room availability and bookings
- Assist in emergency situations following hotel protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for exceeding guest expectations
