Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing processes
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Assist with valet services and concierge duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certificate preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
