Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for hotel guests
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments using PMS software
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and manage cash flow
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phone calls and manage communications
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
