Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (hospitality background a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
