Responsibilities

- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using our 5-star service protocol
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Maintain detailed guest preference records for personalized experiences
- Operate PMS systems and digital concierge platforms
- Uphold strict security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for property transfers)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
