Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and a smile, ensuring a welcoming arrival for every guest.
- Manage complex reservations, room assignments, and group bookings using our state-of-the-art property management systems.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to guarantee 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby, ensuring the hotelβs aesthetic standards are upheld at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to coordinate seamless guest services.
- Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and amenities to provide exceptional concierge recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a fluent command of the English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
