Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest industry standards.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries with a smile.
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and maximize quality.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless daily operations and a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, health regulations, and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
