Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using our property management system while maintaining accuracy in billing and room assignments
- Manage reservations, room status updates, and guest requests with exceptional attention to detail
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction through creative problem-solving
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and facility appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-centric mindset
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area attractions and services
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
