Our Front Desk Agents are vital to our 24/7 operations, requiring flexibility with day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. You'll receive paid training on industry-leading property management systems and gain transferable skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, and multitasking. Responsibilities
- Efficiently process guest check-ins/check-outs using property management systems
- Manage room reservations and optimize room inventory for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Process cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain meticulous front desk organization and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for valet coordination)
