Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries with Memphis tourism knowledge
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Execute emergency procedures during overnight shifts
- Upsell premium services and local experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (evenings/nights)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of Memphis attractions preferred
