Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration and payment procedures are completed accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process credit card payments and handle cash transactions according to hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
