Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain financial accountability
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable service delivery
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and PMS system experience
