Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using empathetic communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Act as local concierge with recommendations for Raleigh's attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
