As a Front Desk Agent, you'll embody our brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality while managing check-in/check-out procedures, resolving guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and security teams. Our 24/7 operations require flexibility for various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays – perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/out processes and concierge services
- Manage room assignments, key issuance, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, valet, and security departments
- Utilize Opera property management system to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Handle emergency protocols and crisis management with calm professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Train new team members on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury/hospitality front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet coordination)
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
