Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security.
- Perform comprehensive night audits, including financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and answer inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the hotel premises are secure, clean, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with morning staff to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or night audit.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
