Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling mail and messages.
- Assist with room assignments, coordinate with housekeeping for maintenance, and ensure the lobby area is clean and organized.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, guest services, or hotel reception role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
