Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with meticulous attention to detail
- Address guest room maintenance requests promptly and coordinate with engineering team
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on best practices
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability initiatives
- Inspect rooms for quality assurance before guest arrival
- Collaborate with front desk and management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
