Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and resolve any inquiries or complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all areas, including the lobby and public spaces, are immaculate and welcoming.
- Staff Coordination: Schedule and supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reservation Management: Monitor room availability, process reservations, and optimize occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote hotel amenities and special packages to potential guests, both in-person and through digital channels.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies to maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business demands.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, service-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
