Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage cash transactions, credit card processing, and resolve minor guest complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate special guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
