Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) effectively
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems
- Problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
