Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and professionalism using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping/bell services
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures during overnight hours
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure seamless shift handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (parking provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
