Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings in real-time
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Operate switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and urgency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
