Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and warmth, managing reservations and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Maintain accurate guest records and secure confidential information
- Process payments and reconcile nightly transactions
- Execute emergency protocols during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
