Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk switchboard professionally.
- Process payments and post charges accurately to guest folios.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
- Assist with special events and reservations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
