Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and services.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure room readiness.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency are preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide valid identification.
