Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member efficiently.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest requests, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless guest experience at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are ready for guests.
- Update guest information in the property management system accurately and confidentially.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience is required; we are looking for attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs) as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
