Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage reservations using hotel management software.
- Support special events and VIP guests with personalized service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for trainee roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
