Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Security Monitoring: Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle basic inquiries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities and supplies in the lobby and rooms.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
