Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing with precision
- Act as a local concierge, providing tailored recommendations for attractions, dining, and transportation
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain immaculate front desk operations and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn hotel management systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
