Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones, respond to emails, and resolve guest inquiries efficiently.
- Housekeeping Support: Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records using property management software.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and meeting spaces.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock toiletries, linens, and office supplies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
