Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and VIP guest requests
- Operate property management system (PMS) with precision and troubleshooting skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams
- Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and operational standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or luxury customer service experience required
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Basic computer skills and cash handling expertise
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Kansas City attractions and services a plus
