Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Operate PMS systems (Opera) and troubleshoot technical issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports
- Implement upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest data and financial records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certificate preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
