Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests at the front desk with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Checking guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handling phone inquiries, reservations, and correspondence with poise.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate cash and credit logs.
- Assisting guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
- Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic software applications.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude are a must.
