Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
