Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems

Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Attention to detail with financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights/weekends)
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
