Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and lobby management during weekend shifts to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is immaculate and meets luxury brand standards.
- Manage cash handling, night audit procedures, and security protocols with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when necessary.
- Train and mentor part-time staff to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in conflict resolution and guest relations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) such as Opera or StayNTouch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
