As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be the first point of contact for our international guests, ensuring seamless check-ins/out, managing reservations, and providing local recommendations. Our supportive environment values teamwork and customer excellence above all else.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in/check out hotel guests efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings based on availability
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with VIP guest services and special event coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for local errands)
