Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest stays
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
