Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement safety protocols during all shifts
- Operate PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local services
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if airport shuttle duties)
