Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in/out processes and concierge assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain accurate guest records in hotel management systems
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Support emergency procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, FOSSE preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
