- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our advanced PMS system
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room occupancy strategies
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Act as local tourism ambassador, recommending attractions and services
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment with meticulous organization
Qualifications
