Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with warm professionalism
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with proactive solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Maintain accurate records using Opera PMS system
- Upsell room upgrades, dining packages, and local attractions
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa Bay attractions and transportation
