- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests

- Utilize property management software efficiently

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Valid driver's license preferred
