- Guest check-in/out procedures using PMS systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain lobby area appearance and supplies
- Handle emergency situations per protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
