What You Will Do:
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and local recommendations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Greet visitors and guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and diplomacy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
