Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using PMS software
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest stays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if airport shuttle duties required)
