Responsibilities

- Manage hotel reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using property management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or hospitality certification is preferred.
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
