- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or similar field
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation options
