Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming reservations and answer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate daily financial logs.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
