Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, checking them in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and check transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Assist with check-out procedures, including printing folios and handling valet parking requests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak check-in times.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
